Wedding Officiant & Notary Marriage Pricing

Fees are based on the time required (preparation, ceremony, and paperwork) plus travel distance — we come to you. Below are our published rates by area. We’ll confirm an exact quote once we know your date, time, and location.

Officiant Fees by Area

  • $90 — Columbia and Lexington area (basic fee)
  • $105 — Leesville, Chapin, Gaston, Ridgeway, Lugoff
  • $175 — Florence, Orangeburg, St. Matthews, Sumter
  • $195 — Rock Hill, Aiken
  • $225–$325 — Charleston (varies by location)

Prefer to just get the paperwork signed with no ceremony? A notary marriage signing (“sign and go”) starts at $40.

Surcharges: +$25 for holidays and Valentine’s Day; a fuel surcharge may apply for longer-distance travel; ceremonies starting after 6pm carry a late-evening surcharge. The basic fee includes travel, the ceremony itself, and paperwork.

Wedding Photography Fees by Area

Photography fees cover 1–2 hours of coverage plus travel, including post-production.

  • $295 — Columbia and Lexington area (basic fee)
  • $325 — Leesville, Chapin, Gaston, Ridgeway, Lugoff
  • $350 — Florence, Orangeburg, Sumter
  • $375 — Rock Hill, Aiken
  • $475 — Charleston

+$50 holiday surcharge usually applies on holidays and Valentine’s Day. Outdoor photography is not available July 1–September 15 in the Columbia area due to heat and humidity, and we reserve the right to cancel outdoor photography for inclement weather — the ceremony itself still goes on as scheduled, just without photos in that case. See our wedding photo gallery for examples of our work.

Combination Officiant + Photography Package

One person both officiates your ceremony and takes photos before, during, and after. The basic price is $295 in the Columbia area ($90 officiant fee + $205 for a half hour of photography; the fee increases with distance). This package includes a video recording of the ceremony and typically 20–30 photos. The same July 1–September 15 outdoor restriction and weather-cancellation policy for photography applies. See a sample ceremony using this package.
