Fee Schedule for Officiant Services
Our officiant fees are calculated based on a combination of the time required for your ceremony (preparation, ceremony, and follow up) plus the travel time involved getting to and from the location. Our service is that we come to you. The basic fee for the Columbia and Lexington area is $90. The basic fee includes travel, ceremony, and paperwork. We will quote you an exact fee after considering the date, time, location and type of ceremony. SORRY, but we have had to raise our fees. Fuel costs are through the roof! - $90 Basic fee, Columbia and Lexington area
- $105 Leesville, Chapin, Gaston, Ridgeway, Lugoff
- $175 Florence, Orangeburg, St. Matthews, Sumter
- $195 Rock Hill, Aiken
- $125 to $225 in Charleston, depending on location
- $25 Holiday surcharge usually applies for all Holidays and Valentines Day
- Fuel surcharge. Depending on how far we have to travel for your wedding we might have to add a small fuel surcharge since gas prices have gone through the roof. We apologize.
- Late evening surcharge. Any ceremony scheduled after 6pm will incur a surcharge.
Fee Schedule for Wedding Photography
Our wedding photography fees are calculated based on a combination of the time required for your ceremony (usually 1-2 hours) plus the travel time involved getting to and from the location. The basic fee for the Columbia and Lexington area is $225. The basic fee includes travel, ceremony, post photographic production. We will quote you an exact fee after considering the date, time, location and type of ceremony. Additional examples of pricing;

We do not offer photography services for outdoor events from July 1 to September 15 in the Columbia area. It is just too hot and humid! We reserve the right to cancel due to inclement weather (i.e. rain) any photography scheduled for an outside venue.
Combination Officiant and Photography Package
We can provide a combination of one individual officiating your wedding ceremony and taking photos during and after the ceremony. The basic price for this service is $225 ($90 basic fee for officiant and $135 for a half hour of photos, Columbia area only. Fee increases with distance). This package includes a video recording of the ceremony. You usually get 20-30 photos in this package. We do not offer photography packages for outdoor events from July 1 to September 15. We reserve the right to cancel due to inclement weather (i.e. rain) any photography scheduled for an outside venue. We will still perform your ceremony, we just won’t be taking any pictures or video.
